What we build to
The portal targets WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Every action is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link
- Forms use real labels, and errors are announced to screen readers
- Text meets AA contrast and resizes without breaking the layout
- Application forms autosave and retry so a dropped connection does not lose your work
Assisted lodgement
If you cannot use the portal, a provincial human resources office can lodge your application with you during business hours. Bring your identification, certificates and referee details.
Reporting a barrier
Tell us what you were trying to do, the page you were on and the device you used. We treat access barriers as defects, not feedback.
