Email recruitment@dpm.gov.pg with your application reference and the vacancy reference code. Enquiries are answered in the order received.
Technical support
Email support@dpm.gov.pg if you cannot sign in, upload a document, or submit before a closing date. Include the page you were on, the time, and the device you used.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:06 pm (Port Moresby time), excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
Grievances and appeals
Do not use the support channels to lodge a grievance. Grievances must be lodged through the portal so they are registered, timed and tracked against the appeal window.
